Our product development really took off in our company. We had a fantastic idea and knew customers would keep our production facility at capacity for a long time. However, we just did not really have any significant marketing division in place to handle all of the promotion and advertising expertise needed to launch our first global product. If we had eased into this opportunity, we would have built our marketing department to meet the demands. Our only choice was to use outsourced marketing to handle this product.
We kept the marketing of our traditional product lines with our in house marketing division.
